Puffer ID

Does anyone know what kind of puffer this is? At first I thought this fish was a blue spotted pufferfish. After looking at videos and pictures, I think I might have something diffrent. Pictures on the internet show blue spotted puffers with only three lines on the head (with the exception of Wikipedia). Mine has lines on the top half of its body.

I can't tell, some puffers, if I'm correct, can change color and pattern as it ages.

It's hard to see the detail on the video, but from what I could tell, my best guess is Canthigaster epilamprus.
