Id please... I had to save this from a friends tank... looking for species info, feeding ect.
about 2- 2 1/2 inches... eating marine couisine / emerald entree

Going by the lines on the body it appears to be a narrow lined puffer arothon manelisis (not sure if that is the correct spelling)

striped dog face puffer i have the same one. when i bought i tit had the stripes he is really stressed so the lines pretty much puffed up so you really can't see the stipes anymore.mine blends right in with the rocks

look in the tank after lights out his stripes will be more noticeable

I have one that is 4 inches. 100% sure that it's an Arothron manilensis commonly know as a Narrow-lined puffer. Not a dogface ( A. nigropunctatus )

when stressed they turn color. i have no clue as to why.

Here are a couple better pics... he seems to be more true to actual color when he is swimming... he only goes camo when he is stop sitting on the rocks...
