I recently got a pork puffer and he is not really eating he took a bite of some food the other day and that is all that I have seen him eat, He just kinda sits at the bottom I have tested my water and it is all good he is the only fish in the tank, do u think he needs a friend?

I don't think the fish needs any tankmates. How long have you had the animal? It might just be acclimating still.
