Pulled the trigger on Cadlight 125 Artisan II

As far as homemade vs Trigger, I've done both. My homemade worked great, built for around $100 with a aqueon 29 gal, I was very happy.
Upgraded to a custom built 115 gal mixed reef, and it still worked great. Then I got a Trigger Emerald 39 and it not only works great but LOOKS great. My wife loves to have the front cover off sometimes as we both find entertainment on top and below our mixed reef.
Also, Trigger cut me a custom sock holder insert (2 socks instead of three) for FREE, I just paid a few buck to ship it. Awesome service.
And so, in the end, I'm happy with my sump purchase. Some would save the money but I'm sure they'd spend it elsewhere where I might not.
Still have the old sump, you never know...

It'll be fine. I could have gone smaller, but I love all the room. In 2 the 1/2 years this tank has been up I've made changes and tried a few things.

Oh yeah, one more thumbs up for the Reefbreader V2. Not as easy and fun to program as some others, but I don't do it that often, and it's not really hard to do. Coral looks great under it, and growing well.
I wouldn't worry about a doser now, but get something good for flow. I'd put off the doser until your water changes aren't enough to maintain levels, and that will be a while if you are doing this right (just my opinion).

Looks nice, lots of room for more "purchases". If pop-off front and sides could be build for that cabinet, that would make it super easy to service.
Color coding the pipes might look cool, just limited to 2 colors for water direction. More importantly though (to me) is cable/cord management.

. No instructions for the cabinet and not all the plumbing was in the box so that really stops the build until I can get the threaded bulkhead

I called a couple glass companies in my area to see if they would drill it but they all wouldn't touch it lol. I didn't feel comfortable drilling it myself.
Brew12, The holes in the tank are 2x 1" and 1x 1.5"
So Scott over at Cadlight is shipping out the missing plumbing tomorrow. He emailed a PDF for the instructions for the Cabinet, myself and my brother had already put it together, it was pretty simple and don't really need directions.
So after ordered some Metric to Standard PVC Adapter from BRS, I think we should be smooth sailing with US sized PVC after the Bulkheads. I will update this thread with how we did the build/plumbing so we have more info for others with these Cadlight setups. I will give my feedback on what I think to the whole build/setup/Cadlight after I have completed it all.
