Pump falling off glass

I have 4 vortech pumps on my 210 gallon tank using the wireless wave drivers. I have one pump continuously falling off the glass and I'm not sure why. The spacers were set to the smallest setting so on this one pump I took the spacer off and it is still popping off.

This is the only one falling off.

What can I do to remedy this?

The suspect pump you can send in for inspection and repair. Send to Icecap 9B South Gold Dr Hamilton NJ 08691. Turn around time is generally 1-2 days.

Do you need the pump, driver and wet side as well as power supply?

Send the entire unit so I am sure to have something to work with. Many times I am only sent parts of the pump and most times not the faulty parts.
