Pump for 200g?

Hi, i'm looking for an external pump for my new build.
Display is 200g and I'm looking for around 4x turnover. I'll be using vortechs in the display tank for flow. I will also have a small frag tank connected to the system which will be T'd off the return line and I may even want to T off somewhere to feed my carbon and gfo reactors. The display will be just on the other side of the wall from the sump/return/frag tank so not too much head loss. Sump will probably be up near 50g.

I'm looking for reliable, cool running and quiet in that order.

I would look for a pump capable of 2250-3000 gph.....

I went with laguna for my 240g.
For $125 its hard to beat
