Pump for closed loop

I have a 90 gallon megaflow aquarium. I am drilling a hole in he back glass for a closed loop. The closed loop return will run through 2 vertex mocean 2000s. I also have 1 vortech mp40w. The set up is going to be a FOWLR.
What pump would be best for a closed loop? Would it be best to just have the one vertex mocean 2000 for a return to have a more powerful stream?
