Pump In Sump question

I have purchased 2 1000va Ultra backup batteries.

one is dedicated to my pump.
the other is dedicated to my two powerheads.

but when designing my sump i calculated the amount of water ontop of my overflow. And then added that to the amount of water i have in my sump. I have a buffer of 5g to spare.

So basically if my power doesnt come back up after 1.5 hours. my pump will fail and the water above the overflow will fall into my sump and the sump will still have 5gs of space left. The powerheads will last about 4-5 hours

Im trying to be prepared and hope im taking the right steps in terms of research and stuff.

But this is what I have so far for my sump.

The yellow lines are the changes I made from the mspaint pic i posted. The red lines are my questions to how much space i should have.

None of the baffles are glued on yet.

Oh and i will be removing the sponge attached to the pump.

I wouldn't use the mag12. Its far too big. Diverting the flow back just wastes electricity.
