I have the older SCP-70 version. Works great, very powerful, no problems.

My model has the light sensor for night mode if that's what you mean but it's not programable, there's no app. It has different wave modes that are adjustable but it's all dials. The one you are looking at is newer and has an app. I would call it quiet.
