pump not working

i ordered a oceanrunner pump with needle wheel from you guys and got it in yesterday. i hooked it up and it is not working properly it doesnt really pump any water but you can hear the pump running and it did not come with the ventri adaptor. i really am frustrated with this pump am i able to return it and get my money back?

the pump does not work i even took it into one of my local fish stores and they hooked it up and it does not work!

i have already called and talked to you guys about it what else is there to talk about the pump doesnt work.
