Pump not working

Hi,

I have two 6101's with the 7095 Multi Controller. One of my pumps won't spin, I have thoroughly cleaned both pumps, when I switch the controller cord it doesn't change any thing, the pump that doesn't work, still doesn't work, so it is not in the cords. Please advise asap. Thank you.

Is teh impeller seized? If not, it may have just crapped out. Warranty time.

No, the impeller isn't seized, the impeller will jerk some like it wants to start, but then doesn't. The multicontroller doesn't work either, is that because there is only 1 pump to control? If I only plug the one pump, it works but I can't control it with the multi controller, but I can adjust the pot on the power supply to control the pump. Man this is a bummer, they are a little over 7 months old. Does Roger have a phone number that I can call him on?
