Miller Tank (Tunze).jpg

Roger,
I have attached a picture of my current setup. I have been playing with different placements and settings in my controller but just have not be able to dial in my setup. Could you look at my attached diagram of the tank and maybe give me a couple idea's to try?

thank you,
Jim

What model controller do you have, what is the goal? For example you could set a wave with 2 and a pulsed flow with 2, you could place all four on the back wall and produce a sequential surge or run 2 on each side in intervals.

Roger,
I am using the 7096 controller. My goal is to produce the most authentic ocean movement in the tank. Just wondering if I should use narrow nozzles on any of the pumps, if I should swap out any of the 24V jumpers. I guess if this was your tank how would you set up the pumps, where would you place the pumps and what mode with a 7096 would you operate them at?

I would angle the back pumps more diagonally across the tanks and I would probably run those wide flow and 18-24V as you find you need. I would place them on channels one and two in pulse so one is at 100 and the other is at 30 and use a longer pulse, at least 30 seconds. I would set up the other two in the front in wave mode on sockets 3 and 4 and set up a wave.
