Pump Question - Pressure rated vs Non-Pressure rated

I need to push more flow thru my chiller. I have a Panworld 100PXX which is a non-pressure rated pump with a flow rate of 1270 at zero head. I was looking at purchasing a Panworld 150PS which is a pressure rated pump with a flow rate of 1100gph at zero head. My question is....

Though the 150 has a lower flow rate, will it add more flow thru the chiller? Not sure I have a full grasp of the difference between the two styles of pumps.

Thanks,

Paul

Between 10-35 gpm (min/max).

The chiller is plumbed via a closed loop which drops approx 10 feet down to a garage underneath the tank. The setup does include a gatevalve from the output of the pump which could be closed down some if the flow were to exceed recommendations.

Thanks!

Paul
