pump question?

No, we do offer three return pumps but all are submersible and require metric PVC or 25mm hose from Eheim for plumbing.

i have three more questions:

1-what are the names of these pumps?
2-is their power consumption comparable to other tunze units?
3-whre can i get more information about these pumps?

thanks, Bob.

1)7100/2 Electronically variable 211-422gal/h at 0' of head maximum head pressure 16ft. 6-44w power consumption

1200/2 317gal/h at 0' of head max head 10ft 21w power

800/2 222gal/h at 0' of head max head 6ft 12w power

2) Power consumption is included above.

3) Visit www.tunze.com, I can also send a catalogue but most info should be on the site. Models 7100/2 and 1200/2 are in stock. You will need either 25mm PVC plumbing kit available as a kit with about 16ft of pipe, 6 elbows, 1 union, 6 clamps, flexible coupler and 3 straight couplers as well as 1 45 elbow and one flow jet nozzle. Alternatively you can use Eheim 25/32mm tubing or craft an adapter using standard PVC and a Dremel. Our plumbing kit is part number 1073 and you can order our PVC glue part 104.71 you will use Isopropyl alcohol as a cleaner prior to gluing.

They don't stock it but I have at least one in stock here.

By the way, if I'm not mistaken Convolvulaceae are the Morning Glories. Is it true that the dwarf Convolvulous sp. are non invasive? I really like them but their wild counterparts are such noxious weeds and I have seen houses literally overgrown by Ipomaea. My neighbor has the Cardinal Climber and it seems pretty tame but while I like the foliage the flowers aren't so showy.
