Pump Recommendation

I have a 300g tank with a 75g sump under the tank.I have 2-3" and 2-1.5"
drains. I have 6-1.5" returns what pump would be the most efficient?
I have a reefflo hammerhead now and it costs to much to run.

I have the corallife 1740p it is a great pump and only uses like 275 watts and has a great volume I would recomend it

how about an ATB flowstar 3600 or 4800
