I like the seio pumps for the money. I have a 10g with two M620's. The tank is totally self-contained (no sump or hang on filter). They are rated at 620 GPH, but they have an attenuator so you can down the volume. I run them about 50%. They are mounted on the back wall pointed toward each other, so it creates something of a random flow. The seio's are kinda like smaller versions of the Tunze streams in that they push a lot water but it's a wider spread. The downside is they take up a lot of real estate in a 10g, but any pump will.
