Pumps /power heads what to get?

Ok im stuck. I need to get them for my 55G tank. 48X21X13 i believe.
Tank will have LR about 50lbs to start. 2inch sand bed. The sump is a 20gal long with a 6inch dsb. Over flow box is the 600gph type.
SO i know i need a 1 pump for the sump and some power heads for the DT circulation,,,But what is a good choice and how many?
There is just so many choices i dunno what to get.

depending on the corals you want to keep will depend on alot of how much water movement you will need. I would stick with a min. of 20x turnover though, and use korillas (sp.) tunze, or seio type powerheads.

as for a return pump a mag 7 will work fine.
