You should have zero problems running those three.
With the chemipure elite, the combo of activated carbon and gfo is my favorite to run without a reactor. I find reactors messy. But I run smaller sized tanks so the bag works for me. If you want, you can buy from BRS in bulk and bag them yourselves. I'd research how many microns the material is and get the respective size filter bags.
Also with the chemipure elite, i suggest you follow the directions on how to gently rinse the bag. I run it under a very light flow for about 3 minutes while gently turning the bag.
Im with GoVol's about the phosguard. I don't like it.
Purigen is something I love to have as well. But if you don't want to run the GFO or plan to run the GFO in a reactor. I suggest you try ChemiPure Blue, which has a similar resin as purigen with the activated carbon.
