Purple Fringing

I was curious if others have issues with purple fringing when photographing high contrast areas of your tank? Like clowfish for example.

It does happen a lot especially when you are running actinics. If you shoot in RAW mode you can fix it during post processing. Otherwise try and desaturate the purple channel in a photo editing program.
