purple long tentacle anemone

so i am looking to buy a plta. but i heard that the purple of the anemone fades overtime. is this true? also can i see pictures of people who have one in there tank and how long have you had it?

If given the proper conditions they won't fad.

I no longer have mine (( switched to Haddonis )) but, here is an old picture of mine at the 2 year mark -- its color stayed the same the whole time I had it.

What lights do you have?
Sandbed? (( LTA;s [M doreensis] are sand dwelling, whereas BTAs [E. Quadricolor] are rock dwelling )).
What else do you have in the tank?
Flow?

Looks like he has Tek T5 lighting over the 55. That's the same setup I had pretty much when I kept my anemones a while ago. He should be fine with that lighting.
