Thanks Prime. is it the same clarkii hosting all of them or you have a few clarkii hosting them? I have one pair of b and w osc clowns hosting the rbta. I don't have the lta yet.
That's too funny. I placed the other today for the lta.
For the first time I saw the clown/anemone relationship. The silverside I was feeding the anemone fell and one of the clowns picked it up and gave it to the anemone. I wish my wife did that...well without the food falling on the ground.
HAHAHAAH yeah me too... my clarkii feeds the nems as well.. unfortunately its to the point where if any of the tangs grab a silverside he takes it from them and holds it to the nems mouth until it takes it...
my wife... well she's good to me lol (she puts up with the madness)
RJT I have had these two together for a year now, The RBTA was tiny and bleached when I got it. It has recovered nicely, the clown only host the LTA and have never given the RBTA the time of day.
Update: It's been a week or so. The LTA has moved from the other side of the tank to within 6-8 inches of the RBTA. Both are doing well and eating. The clown pair seem to like different homes sometimes. Plus the clown hosting the LTA seems to like to take food out of the LTA mouth so I have to chase him/her away until the shrimp is down the LTA "throat". The LTA is the H. Crispa variety.
Does anyone have a LTA and BTA that are touching? I'd love to get a LTA in my BTA tank (20 bta's), so touching is absolutely gonna happen, anyone done it?
