It is a Purple Rim Cap. It does not have any of the classic Leng Sy stalagmites growing as high as the rim - you would know if you had a true Leng Sy... they are a bit pricy and also coveted a bit.

These can really glow with lots of 350-400nm UV light. UVL Super Actinic back in the day made these shine. Any T5 Actinic with a good part of the output below 400nm would get close.
 
Purple rim montipora capricornis, very common and popular sps coral in the hobby. Easy to keep and grows fast. Doew best with high flow and light but will do fine with moderate lighting and lower flow.
 
Give it some real UV and it will shine even more. This was a pretty popular coral back when all light sources had real UV in them... the purple was amazing.
 
Yeah these look great under Radium MH or any good 20k MH as well as T5. For LED a lot of the 400-440 range makes them really pop.
