Purple Tang - Quarantine in 30g?

I have a Purple Tang in my display tank that I think is being aggresive towards my other fish. I have a Blue Throat Trigger and a Purple Tilefish that are getting nipped pretty bad, and I think it's the Purple Tang. I have a 30g quaratine tank, and I'm wondering if you guys think it's ok to put the Purple Tang in the 30g for a week or two to see if the other guys get a little better, and to see if it is in fact the Purple Tang that's being aggresive.

Yes it is more than acceptable. Make sure your water parameters are the same in the QT.
