No. It's not a host species. It's not even an anemone. It won't eat your clowns though.

it is an anemone, just not a hosting species. Not all anemones host clowns, and even hosting species can be hurt more than helped by clowns. other non-hosting species that are very common would be the condy nems, curly-cue nems and flower nems, although none of them have such a potent sting.

It's a cerianthid. It is not an anemone. It's not even closely related to anemones. If you have time, check out the link dalston posted above. It's a great read on these animals.
