Pushing water out of a rain barrel

I bought this rain barrel earlier this year and routed the waste line from my BRS ro/di line over to it. The problem is I've thus been unable to figure out how to use more of the water.

My wife has an avocado tree and a little garden to the left of it so I can run a drip line or something I guess but that'll barely touch whats in there. I make plenty of water so I end up having to move the line to the drain.

Ideally I'd have an external pump hooked up to it but the problem is I don't have power anywhere nearby. I wonder if there are any decent sized solar pumps that don't cost an arm and a leg that would work.

Any other ideas?

what about your grass?

How about make the manifold and drip system to water the grass when your rain barrel is full?

I feel like there wouldn't be sufficient pressure to make it worthwhile beyond a certain distance. I got a whole lot more grass than that patch.

Raise the barrel up higher if you want more pressure. There should be plenty for your lawn when the barrel is full.

I'm in the process of finishing up a similar setup. RO waste water going into 55g water drum outside. I've got it raised just under 20". Going to hook up a drip irrigation system for half our flower/plant bed along our yard. hopefully enough pressure...

Yeah I just wanted to have more uses for it than just drip irrigation. I've now gone down the rabbit hole of solar power pumps. I didn't realize there were such large ones available. The one I'm looking at is about $200 with the extension cable but it'll push 647 GPH. Theres another that is $300 and it comes with a battery.

There are some great battery solar kits that’s what I use and a 12 volt boat bilge pump works great you don’t need a big set up because the drain on the battery is minimal
Trickle charge with a small panel and battery
If you want to get fancy Gole zero has some great stuff

Hmmm, I guess I'd be worried about keeping the battery waterproof and out of the elements. Could I just keep the controller and battery in like one of those outdoor plastic storage boxes or something?

I would keep the battery under cover by the house then just take it out when you need to use it you can also power up the pump in your tank if you have a power outage
Or they make battery boxes for boats rv etc
I keep mine mobile jump start a car if I have to it’s nice to have
