Putting sps from DT into frag tank

I'm going to be redoing my tank, which is all sps. I have a 3x5 frag tank, which is lit by the same lighting as my DT. (T5)

How do I not lose all my sps moving them over? Frag Tank is cycled and has some tangs banging around in there.

Any advice appreciated
