Pygmy Angel with White Spot

Hey guys,
Bought a pygmy angel and have been doing TTM for my first time. Bought him 6 days ago on 5/28, today was his 3rd transfer. Yesterday (maybe the day before) I noticed a white spot on his fin. Am I dealing with Ich here? Please see pics below.

About the fish, he was very active when I bought him. He's been extremely shy in the tanks and this being my first time doing TTM, I was initially worrying if I was even doing the right thing. I've tried to feed pellets, flakes, mysis and baby brine and he really only seems to eat small mysis & brine. Seems like he has trouble fitting almost anything in his mouth, although he does at least go around the tank and searching for food, picking all the time at anything floating or on the ground. Also, I dosed Prazi on the second transfer, and have been dosing prime in small amounts.

Yes that's the spot. Reading about that it seems there is nothing to do but feed well and good water quality? Guess I'll try to get some food additives this weekend.

Hopefully it's just that. I'm paranoid now since I upgraded to a bigger tank to introduce diseases.

Tail now has some fraying:/ I guess that's fin rot?
Moved him again this morning for TTM and did another Prazi round after feeding him a bunch in the old tank. Seems to be eating well at least.

Are his fins frayed or are those the spots? I can't tell. They looked a little raggedy to me but I am not sure if the "holes" are just the spots.

Yeah it was hard to tell, if you look from the first pics it definitely started as white spots. The tail always just looked ratty and didn't have white spots that I remember. I started dosing Furan-2 two days ago after reading that link I posted and thinking he may have fin rot.

Good news is spots are gone but it left some big holes in the fins. He looks and acts better though, eating like a horse and rushing to the food as soon as I put it in. Have been feeding Rogger's food which has a mix of stuff and selcon, twice a day. Did another transfer tonight on day 11, will keep him in the small TTM tanks till Friday and then move to my smaller tank that I upgraded from for some more observation until deciding he's good for the DT. Hopefully it's just healing and fattening up now.
