Pyramid Butterfly Massacre

I've ordered six pyramid butterfly since August. The first three looked and ate great and then one by one in QT had their mouth turn white, get some sort of fungus/bacterial growth in the mouth, start breathing rapidly and become inactive, then die. The deaths occurred 4-6 days after beginning of mouth symptoms. I tried Furan 2 and maracyn 2 with no luck.
I ordered three more. One died within 12 hours no symptoms. The other two are now showing mouth fungus/bacteria at about 8 days into TTM. This batch has been in separate tanks for TTM.
I've found a thread that said this was common with pyramids but not much treatment advice. All the fish came from LA.
HELP!

Did you read this thread: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2352571 ? Plenty of treatment advice.

Mouth infections appear to be very common with these fish - presumably as result of damage in transit. Very hardy once acclimatized.

Although getting healthy fish to start is always important, I think it may be even more important with these. If they come in already with mouth infections, the prognosis is likely poor. If they come in asymptomatic, I would still QT them and start NGP right away as preventative.

Yes that's the one and only bit of information I've found but I'm not sure it had a resolution. I used Furan 2 rather than NFG because I had quick access to it and maracyn 2 after with no effect. I do think the frequent water changes from TTM may be helping this round.

LA is sending me Maracyn Plus which wasn't mentioned in that thread.
