1)What is your current QT system for new fish?


2)What chemicals treatment solutions are a "must have" for any new fish QT.



Different chemical treatments seem to fall in - and then out - of favor as we all grown in experience.

I thought I'd ask Snorvich since he has formal training on the subject of fish diseases.

One can read the various articles of causes and cures and how to treat each. But I wanted the short and quick - "this is what I do and these are the chemicals I use and baths I prepare...........be sure to employ them in this order" from a specialist.
 
Imo must have medications will differ from area to area some areas have a lot of fish stores will all the essential meds on hand in smaller areas you may be extremely limited. So in short you really are the best judge of what you should have on hand.
For qt purposes I think the guidelines are general for example
Prime or some type water conditioner to control ammonia
Kanaplex , metroplex, furan2, prazipro copper and an appropriate test kit or cp.
I believe this list will treat most bacterial and parasitic problems
