QT Lyretail anthias One Cloudy Eye

So I have My 10 gallon QT tank with 2 Lyretail anthias one Maldiv and one non both I believe are males and 3 Reef Blue Chromis they have been in there about a week came from a LFS that had them for a week which they ran copper in there systems.

So I am running no meds in the tank and tonight I notice that both the Anthias have one of there eye a little puffy and cloudy not to much but enough to notice a difference. Checked my levels Salinity was a little high in the 1.026 to 1.027 range on my red sea hydrometer.

Amonia 0-0.25 there was a very slight green tint (API) added prime and did a 2 gallon water change
Nitrate 10-15
PH 7.8

What should I do? No other visible ailments yet.

Did you reduce the salinity? Usually if is just one eye then it is an injury that is the cause. IME I kept the water pristine and fed vitamin enriched diet. It cured itself within 5-7 days.
Another common reason for a cloudy eye is flukes. Are they exhibiting symptoms of flukes?

Did Lower the Salinity as for symptoms not sure the larger Lyretail is staying near the top of the tank and the other one consistently vertical and hang on the corner of the tank looks like the smaller one both eyes are slightly cloudy and the large male just has one.

The Smaller Lyretail is being lethargic now and now really moving or eating. Bigger one as some kind of abrasion on the back section of its body.

Are you able to do a FW dip? I'm thinking with the symptoms and the fact the LFS ran copper they may have velvet. A FW dip will relieve them of the parasite in the gills. Unfortunately by the time the telltale symptoms of velvet present it is usually too late. Is there any kind of velvet or golden sheen to the fish?

I've read that some people have cured that with putting Epsom salt in the tank. You may want to do a quick search for treatment protocols.

Bump I have an angel in QT w. same thing right now. What is this a sign of?
