QT question

If you get a fish online- QT it avd don't use TTM
How do you know everything is good?
Even if you wait the four weeks and observe nothing- how can you be sure ?

Nothing is 100%.

FWIW I will do TTM followed by 4-5 weeks in a QT. At some point I will do a couple rounds of prazi. I cannot say I got or get all the parasites but, I am reasonably confident I put the healthiest fish I could in my tank.

If you want to be as close to 100% sure as you can that your fish is healthy, do TTM with Prazi and follow it with a 12 week observation with medication as needed. If something gets by that...

The only problem here is that if you don't QT everything, with corals and inverts included, you're not safe. I don't have the room to QT corals and inverts but I would if I could. I understand the risks I'm taking. But yeah you can be 100% certain there's nothing in your tank, but only if you do the necessary steps.
