QT setup question

I'm getting ready to re-setup a 10g QT tank that I shutdown months ago after I added my last fish to the display tank.

In my 32g display tank, I have 2 bags of Seachem Matrix media and about 30lbs of live rock for my biological filtration. I had two bags for occasions like this - so that I would have established biological media to quickly setup the QT tank again.

But, I'm wondering if removing 1 bag will severely, negatively affect the display tank. The display tank is a mixed reef with several SPS frags.

What do you think?

Just to add a couple things: I know that patience is key in this hobby so having a quick cycle is normally not a good idea. But, the LFS I trust has a fish in stock quicker than I planned and I don't want to skip the QT process.

Also, with the one bag of established media, filter floss from my display tank, and maybe some new live rock, that should be enough to have an instant or quick cycle, right?
