QT tank size for a small tang

I have a 65 gallon fish with critters tank and have decided my next fish will be a Yellow Eye Kole Tang. I selected this species because I hear it is the best one for a small tank like mine. (LFS tried to talk me into a yellow tang...)

Right now I only have a 10 gal QT, which I am going to assume will be too small for the tang. What is the minimum size you would recommend?

If it's a small Kole eye a 20 long should be fine.
