QT Tank???

Do I have to let a QT tank cycle before I add livestock. I am noticing some small white spots on the tail and fins of one of my fish. I just set the QT tank up today with a biowheel power filter. Thanks.

Would be a good idea but if you stay on top of water changes if your ammonia and nitrites get too high then it will cycle with little effect while you are still doing the water changes. Make sure you QT all the fish now. One fish with ich means that more than likely all the fish have ich to some degree.
