qt water cloudy

My twenty-gallon hospital tank has five small fish in it. It's been running just for a few days while I treat them with cupramine to combat velvet. I have an Aquaclear filter running, a small fluval canister filter (both with the carbon removed) and a hydor 425 to move water.

The water in the tank is a bit cloudy, not horribly but noticably. Can anyone suggest a reason?

What are you feeding, how much, and are you siphoning out uneaten food and detritus? What about water changes?

I did a 25 percent change yesterday. I washed out both filters. Ammonia is near zero. I did add a little Stability as per the cupramine web site. it's not that much cloudier this morning but no clearer, either. Food was a little cyclo peeze and a few blood worms and a piece of garlic soaked nori for the lawnmower blenny, which I pulled (the food not the fish) from the tank after a half hour.
