Qt ?

Quaratine tank? All you need is an empty tank or rubbermaid container fill it with water, place some thing in the tank like a piece of pvc or rock so the fish has a place to hide. From there just either run a Power Head, air pump or small filter for water movement and breakage and your ready to go. Just add the proper mediciation, for what your treating, at that point it is now a hospital tank, and you set.

I don't have a pic handy. What are you trying to find out?

My QT (for smaller fish) consists of:
a bare bottom 10 gallon tank
~ 10 lbs cured live rock
a few snails and hermits
HOT filter or internal (Duetto) filter w/ carbon and biological media
50-watt submersible heater
pH 8.0-8.3
ammonia and nitrite undetectable
nitrate 10 ppm or less

The purpose the QT is to isolate new fish to observe health, eating and behavior. It is important to keep water quality high, and minimize stress on the fish, hence the live rock.

Hospital Tank is DIFFERENT from QT (IMO)
However, if the fish needs to be medicated, I remove the live rock, inverts, biological filter media and carbon. Many meds will know out the biological filter. In this case, you need to keep water quality up with daily water changes, and removal of uneaten food.

Here is an informative thread from the seahorse forum that has a good description and picture of a hospital tank, along with how medication and water treatments are handled:
