Quarantining royal gramma & six line

Could I quarantine a six line wrasse and a royal gramma in a 20G tank for one month at the same time? I understand that my biological filter would have to be built up but could I do this with both fish simultaneously? I would probably be treating with Coppersafe at one point as well. Any help would be much appreciated.

why are you going to treat with coppersafe? is there something wrong with your fish?

That wasn't my question but they have some kind of external parasites on them.

Once again, I wasn't looking for suggestions on what to treat them with but whether or not I could treat them at the same time.
