Quaratineing a wrasse

I have several wasses in my tank that got ick. They have gotten over the ick now. I am thinking on treating them with cupramine. Will this be ok for wrasses ,or somthing els better? I also will be getting more in the future ,so I whant a good treatment before I put in my dt.

I personally like hyposalinity since you can use sand - which wrasses use to bury themselves and sleep at night.

I treated my sixline for 6 weeks in cuprimine. He was perfectly normal the whole time. Ate frozen food and everything.
