Question about a 20 gallon long

Just trying to determine the retail price of one of these. You can never seem to find the prices for them online. Anyone bought one recently???? Just a standard Aqueon 20 gallon long 30x12x13

if you catch it on sale, I've seen some national retailers offer them at $20. I wouldnt spend much more than that, to be honest.

Normally $40 at Petco. Just picked one up a couple weeks ago during their Dollar a Gallon sale.

That is what I suspected. The unusual sizing makes for poor merchandising in the retail world (takes up shelf space). It typically becomes a custom order out here but the retail price is usually the same.

They're running $28 to $39 at local stores. Used I find them for $10 - $15 most of the time.

I think there may be another Petco $1/ gal sale 10/3-10/23/10, so you could pick one up in a few days.
