question about a 6025 nano

Roger,

I was cleaning mine today and when i took the propeller out, the shaft of the pump came out too. When I tried to put it back in and start the pump back up it was making noise. Are the shafts supposed to come out? or did mine just break. do i need to send it in.

It should not come out, it can come out or break due to a defect, it is also possible for it to come out if the shaft was cemented to the rotor by calcium and pulled out with force. Send it in.

i just sent it in via USPS. i realized that after i sent the package, i did not include a note inside with my issue. the outside package has my name on it. anything else i need to do?

No worries, I am sure I can figure out the problem and we mainly request a note in the box because many people use a shipping store and the store is the return address on the box not the end customer.

Yes, I have it and I replaced the motor, we were going to ship yesterday but we ship UPS and the address on the box is a PO box, could you PM me your physical address?
