Question about beginning.

I am new to both the saltwater and reef hobby.
I have NO water or fish yet.

I have questions about equipment.

In my 29 gallon I have:
Glass thermometer
Aquatech HOB 20 40
Whisper heater
Regent Powerhead 170 GPH (do I need more GPH?)
What other equipment do I need?

I also have a 10 gallon quarantine with

Aquatech HOB filter
LED hood
10 30 heater
and
Thermometer
I have no powehead yet, so how many gph?

What other equipment do I need for that tank?

Is this an all-in-one? regular? I'd say sump and skimmer is pretty good to have, but if it's an all-in-one, you can get along for a 'first tank' with that if you watch your chemistry closely and get only small fishes that like small tanks. Sand and rock supply biological filtration. We have a red-arrow sticky up top that will help you.

Do I need extra GPH flows if my 29 gallon setup has a powerhead with 170 GPH?

How many GPH flow do I need for my 10g quarantine setup?
