question about buying parts

can someone tell me where i can find icecape mh ballast parts the part that im looking for is on http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_ViewItem~idProduct~IC7151.html but i would like to try to find it cheaper than that if i can?

In this hobby $11 is pretty cheap... You can always just direct connect/wire it and skip the disconnects.
