Question about LOC lines

I use loc lines on my return it is a cornerflo tank they came with it Ive been having micro bubble issues not a ton but enought to bug me I was wondering if the loc lines being out of the water could cuase this

Can you plumb the return with something else to see if you still have micro bubbles?

Could be. Loc lines should be fully submerged
