Hello reefers,

Please find below the pics of my tank currently in construction.. I had uploaded the pics in another thread here but it got lost as it was following up on a previous thread...My current tank is 24l 30h and 18w.. And I was using one maxspect 120w 16000k(pic attached).. The new tank's dimensions are 36l 20h and 24w.. I was earlier thinking the 120w fixture will be enough for the tank however after reading a few threads on maxspect coverage was a bit confused.. I am now also considering buying another 120w fixture and putting the two width-wise.. Would this be an overkill.. Also what height they should be at to give a total coverage.. I eventually plan to keep majority of sps.. And since I will be hanging the lights on Wall brackets I do not want to be drilling them again later on

You could try exchanging the stock 90 degree lenses with the 120 degree. Did this no my 300 watt and much better spread and less shadowing.
