Im looking to get some new fish in the tank. I want to know if I can mix tangs and angels together?? I want to get a Keyhole tang and a coral beauty and a pigmy angel.

In all honesty, you should probably have a max of 1 tang and 1 angel in a 75, and even then you should make sure and go with the smaller species of both. The vlamingi you already have can grow to about 2 feet and is a really poor choice for such a small tank.
Either of the angels you mentioned would be a good choice, and a better tang choice would be something a like a yellow, kole or tomini.

It came with the tank, Not my choice but do like him. Im gonna have to get a second tank soon I NEED my NIGER TRIGGER. Thats my fav fish of all time!!

key hole angel is not reef safe try a Genicanthus melanospilus pair o a pair of
Genicanthus lamarck they are really reef safe

I have a Pygmi Angel and he is very territoral over his half of the 76 gallon tank. He did fine with Dori if she didn't wander through the rock crevises to his side.

You saw my 14" Vlamingi the other day....
You'll be back looking for one of the 550's in a couple of years!
IMHO Angels are just a PAIN. Tempermental, territorial, on the whole NOT HEARTY, and usually expensive. Tangs are SO much more hearty and peaceful.

I am keeping a Vlamingi, Naso, Yellow, and Desjardini with no problems... The Des and Yellow has some initial disputes but nothing too serious. It goes back to that similar body form within similar species... Causes some territorial disputes...
