question about overflows

if i got a new tank and it does not have those built in black overflows on the back are they easy to install?

You have a couple options...

1) buy an overflow kit that basically siphons the water from the top and into a box. Problem is they can fail and cause a flood.

2) drill a hole into the tank and install your own overflow box or use pvc bushings to increase the surface area.

I can drill the tank for ya if you need me to.

If you going to get a 90 check out the new thread with all the tanks for sale, you can get a pretty good deal and they are all reef ready
