Question about Remora C (super fast shipping)

Hi,
i ordered some powerheads and a remora c skimmer yesterday, and it arrived today (great shipping by the way)

the remora c arrived in shrink wrap without a box, which i thought was kind of strange, is that how they package it? or was my skimmer some kind of refurbished item?

Thank you for your compliment on the shipping.

The AquaC Remora skimmers come directly from the manufacturer without a box, only shrink wrapped. The unit you got is new though as we do not sell any used or refurbished items.
