Question about running blue LED rope light all night!?!

I bought a blue LED rope light the other night and installed it in my hood. Looks awesome whenever the MH lights go off. Now I have it running 24/7 but can control it with my PLC if I need to. Just wondering if anyone thought it would hurt anything to leave this on all the time or if I should set it up to only be on for a few hours after the lights go off. Not an enormous amount of trouble, but it will be some work. Any advice appreciated!!

I have six in my fixture. I used to have them reverse cycle with the main lights: on when everything else is off, and off when everything else is on. It does look awesome, as well as cool. However, I noticed that my zoas and lps and softies were no longer opening up in sync. Some were closed, some were open, all at varying times. I realized then that the 1W LED's were messing them up. I now have the LED's on only for an hour or so on their own. Now, everything opens up when the main lights go on, and everything closes when the LED's go off and all the other lights are already off.

Thanks. That's what I was needing to know. My umbrella leather has been acting funny, this may be why.
