question about selling?

Hey folks! been a long while since I've been on the site--my tank has been broken down for a couple years and I'm finally selling off the last few things. But I don't seem to see the for sale forums here any more--did I miss something? have they shut those down?

There's a new policy that you need to be member for more than 3 months and contribute at least 50 posts before you can see the classfied forums. It's stickied somewhere.
 
huh, it also says I have zero posts, but I was an active member for years with hundreds of posts, does all your info get scrubbed after a year or more of no activity? is this related to me not being able to see the sale forums?
 
I don't believe they delete old posts"¦ just posts that don't contribute anything. Also your profile says you joined Nov 2011 which would be withing the last three days.

If you have an old account you should try contacting one of the Mods here to find your old login details.

Your info doesn't get lost that easily for a year of inactivity. From your registration date it show Nov 2011, meaning this is a new name you registered under. Why not try to log into your old username and all your post count will still be there. And if you don't remember your password, just the forgot password link to recover it.
