Hey, I have never done a saltwater tank. I am about to. Still reading doing my studying and researching learning all i can reading others problems and solutions and reading about the cycle and what happens and stuff. TBS looks like awsome live rock. I will probably end up getting it. But i have seen mixed results some people have awsome tanks with it. While others stuggle for a while and have a hard time with preadators. I would like to know if its a good idea for a newbie to get tbs to put in his reef tank. It will be a 40 or 45 most likely. So richard if u see this i would like to know a price quota on a 40 gallon 'Package'. Also is the mixed result thing b/c the people that had bad expieriences didnt stay on top of water changes? How often should i do water change and a big question i still havent figured out, what is the cheapest way to get water for my tank. I cant use my tap, but i found a tapwater purifier on marinedepot.com is it worth it or is there a better way to get water for the tank? Thanks. Any other advice to me is welcome. Tryin to learn all i can before i start.
